Delete your Bunbuku account

You can request deletion of your Bunbuku account and associated learning data without reinstalling the app.

In the app or web app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@bunbuku.com with the subject “Bunbuku account deletion”. Send it from your account email if possible. We may ask for information to verify that the account is yours; never send your password.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your sign-in account and app learning data, including conversation text, corrections, vocabulary progress, lesson history and preferences. The current web-subscription deletion flow also cancels the linked Stripe subscription.

Payment records required for accounting or legal obligations and provider logs or backups may be retained separately. Earlier analytics records need separate provider erasure; include that in your request if you want all associated personal information removed. See the Privacy policy.

Guest data or a narrower request

Contact us if you used Bunbuku without an account, or want to request deletion of specific data without closing your account. Clearing cookies or uninstalling alone does not remove server-side learning data.
