Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether you were using the web app, iPhone or Android. Include your account email if the issue is account-related. Please do not send passwords, full card details or sensitive information you do not need to share.

Subscriptions

For web purchases, open Settings → Manage Billing to review or cancel your subscription. If you cannot sign in, email us for help.

Privacy and deletion

You can request account deletion from the web, even if you no longer have the app. Our Privacy policy explains other data requests.
